Each week on Monday the vendors will update the quantities of their products available. The website will then “open” for ordering Monday at 12:00 p.m until Wednesday evening. After that time the website will be “closed” for any new orders to allow our vendors the needed time to harvest and prepare. Because produce takes time to grow the quantities are estimates of what we think will be ready by the weekend. When an item cannot be produced on time your account will not be charged for those items.

Simply put, the longer cheese is aged naturally, the sharper and more pronounced the Cheddar flavor becomes. Mild Cheddar cheese is generally aged for weeks to months, whereas an extra sharp might be aged for years.
We now have some 1 year naturally aged Cheddar of our own that is sitting quietly and aging well, but when we acquired Valley Side Farm Cheese, we also acquired their coveted 7 year naturally aged cheddar! It has a deep gold color, and crystals have formed. If you are a connoisseur of naturally aged sharp cheddar, you understand how special this cheese is. Eaten a small piece at a time, and tucked away for the next special moment you want to enjoy some deep rich flavor, those who love it cherish it.
When it's gone it's gone. Not sold in stores. You have to get the good stuff directly from us. We divide it into approx. 1/2 lb. packages for $14.

Cheese Curds - APPLE CINNAMONGrower: Farm Life Creamery

8 oz package, fresh from the Vat, White Cheddar Cheese Curds. Made from Grade A whole pasteurized milk.
We got a note from a customer just the other day: "thank you for inventing the apple cinnamon cheese curds! I love melting them on a tortilla for a sweet snack!". We add apple pieces for a burst of apple flavor and saigon cinnamon which is a nice warm, mellow cinnamony flavor. Sounds strange maybe, but it's amazing. Many cultures put a slice of cheddar on their apple pie. We've done it in reverse.
In the cheesemaking process, the curds are placed in a mould and put under weight/pressure to drain the residual whey out and achieve a nice, tightly bonded cheese wheel. The wheel is held in a cooler for approximately 30 days before we package it and sell it as a block/wedge of cheese. BUT, you can take the cheese curds right out of the batch, and not press them in the mould to be formed into a wheel. That's a fresh, squeaky cheese curd! Mmmmmm!
When curds are sold fresh (at room temperature) within the first 24 hours after making them, the cheese is "squeaky". Once refrigerated, the squeak will last for a few days. If you want the squeak back, microwave them for 10 seconds, and/or serve at room temperature. Even after several weeks though, cheese curds are delicious cheese, that you can cook with, melt, and still absolutely enjoy them as a healthy snack!

BLOODY MARY is a new popular choice! This is a perfect match for a cold beer. Mixed with Lone Wolf Spices Bloody Mary Mix, it's the perfect amount of garlic, onion, red pepper, paprika, ground celery seed, horseradish, and dehydrated dill pickles.
In the cheesemaking process, the curds are placed in a mould and put under weight/pressure to drain the residual whey out and achieve a nice, tightly bonded cheese wheel. The wheel is held in a cooler for approximately 30 days before we package it and sell it as a block/wedge of cheese. BUT, you can take the cheese curds right out of the batch, and not press them in the mould to be formed into a wheel. That's a fresh, squeaky cheese curd! Mmmmmm!

We weren't sure how to capture the amazing honey + mustard combo for our cheese curds, but we love a challenge, so we figured it out! A little dehydrated onion, garlic, dijon mustard, sugar, and honey granules make this a new favorite choice for honey mustard lovers!
In the cheesemaking process, the curds are placed in a mould and put under weight/pressure to drain the residual whey out and achieve a nice, tightly bonded cheese wheel. The wheel is held in a cooler for approximately 30 days before we package it and sell it as a block/wedge of cheese. BUT, you can take the cheese curds right out of the batch, and not press them in the mould to be formed into a wheel. That's a fresh, squeaky cheese curd! Mmmmmm!
When curds are sold fresh (at room temperature) within the first 24 hours after making them, the cheese is "squeaky". Once refrigerated, the squeak will last for a few days. If you want the squeak back, microwave them for 10 seconds, and/or serve at room temperature. Even after several weeks though, cheese curds are delicious cheese, that you can cook with, melt, and still absolutely enjoy them as a healthy snack!

We should call it "Jalapeño and friends"! We start with our original cheddar curds and add freeze dried Jalapeño powder, jalapeños, and our signature crushed red pepper blend. Just the right amount of kick.

Freeze dried GHOST PEPPER, and a little bit of smoke flavor. They are ghost pepper hot, so beware. We didn't skimp on the HOT.
