we use only natural growing methods using crop rotation and mulch as our primary weed, insect and fungus controls on the crops we raise. i have always been a farmer but have taken on the vegetable and fruit production in 2003. i use fish, calcium, phosphorus,sugar, epsom salt and worm castings some our our nutrient sources others for but and fungus and weed control.

what we grow we also process in the commercial kitchen located on the farm. salsa, jellies,sauces,pickled products and fresh baked goods breads, rolls pies, flan. 1st weekend of the month we also do pan de evo bread and conchas.
